The company was founded by John Boland, who has been working in the construction industry for more than 40 years. He began his career doing small renovations and additions and gradually worked his to building some of the most beautiful custom homes in Orange County. John’s extensive hands-on experience, having performed many of the trades himself over the years, gives him a unique and deep understanding of all aspects of construction. This practical knowledge allows him to identify and solve issues quickly while maintaining the highest standards on every project.

 

Working directly alongside him every day is his son, Alex Boland. After graduating with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and gaining valuable experience at a local real estate investment firm, Alex joined the family business. He is responsible for daily on-site management of all jobs, as well as bidding new projects, cost analysis, and business development. Alex’s ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, designers, and vendors plays a key role in keeping every project on track and running smoothly.
